Eligibility Requirements – please read carefully

To be eligible to enter, individuals must:
  • be an Australian or New Zealand resident
  • be over 18 years of age

AND

  • Complete and submit the online entry form biketorques.com.au/custom-kings including provision of motorcycle photographs between June 1st 2026 and June 30th 2026 (Promotion Period).

Complete and submit the online entry form https://biketorques.com.au/custom-kings/ including provision motorcycle photographs between June 1st 2026 9.00am (AEST) and June 30th 2026 5.59 PM (AEST) Entries submitted after this date will not be accepted.

All entries must complete the online form fields in an accurate manner, as well as the entrant’s name, daytime contact number, email address, bike name and description and submit images of the related motorcycle.

Proof of ownership of the submitted motorcycle will be required if selected to the round stage of the competition.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
  1. The Promoter is Harley-Davidson Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 83 098 483 259) of 1 Sirius Road, Lane Cove NSW 2066 (Postal Address: PO Box 133, North Ryde NSW 1670).
  1. Entry is only open to individuals who meet the Eligibility Requirements and comply with the entry instructions described in these Terms and Conditions. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, participating dealers and agencies associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
  1. The Promoter reserves the right, acting reasonably, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age, place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is fraudulent or not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or any relevant law.
  1. Incomplete, indecipherable, or illegible entries may be deemed invalid.
  1. Only one (1) entry permitted per motorcycle to be considered for entry.
  1. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its reasonable discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
  1. Promotion starts June 01st 2026 9.00am (AEST).
  1. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner. Each entry will be individually judged based on the following criteria:

    • Customisation
    • Detail
    • Attitude / Stance / Aesthetic
    • Wow factor
    X-FACTOR
    • The final slider; a single, stand-out point of difference.
    Rating the bikes from 1-10, with 10 being the highest score.

    Each valid entry will be assessed against the above criteria by a judging panel. The judges’ decision is final, acting reasonably and no correspondence will be entered into.
  1. There will be one single prize related to this competition. The best entry, as determined by the judges, will win the 2026 Custom Kings prize.
  1. The final round entries will be judged at the Promoter’s premises at 1A Sirius Road, Lane Cove West, NSW 2066 on 15th August 2026 by a panel of judges according to the judging criteria set out in clause 9. The panel will choose the winning entrant. The winner will be notified by telephone, email and/or mail within 5 days.
  1. The Promoter will make all reasonable efforts to contact the winner. If the winner cannot be contacted after reasonable attempts or by 30th September 2026 whichever is later, the prize will be forfeited.
  1. The prize comprises of:

A trip for winner and one (1) guest to travel to Yokohama, Japan to participate in the 2026 Mooneyes Hot Rod Custom Show (“Event”). Trip package includes return economy flights for two (2) from a major airport near winner’s home (determined by Sponsor acting reasonably) to Yokohama; four (4) nights’ accommodations at a hotel determined by Promoter, acting reasonably (single room, double occupancy); ground transportation to and from destination airport and hotel; group transfer from the hotel to the Event, $500 AUD spending money. The total prize pool is valued at approximately $5,000 AUD based on the estimated cost of the above inclusions. The actual value may vary based on factors including, but not limited to airfare fluctuations, point of departure, and currency fluctuations. The winner will not be entitled to any difference between the actual and estimated value of the prize. All expenses and incidental travel costs not expressly stated above are the responsibility of the winner and the travel companion.

Winner must travel on the dates determined by the Promotor acting reasonably or prize will be forfeited. Sponsor will determine airline and flight itinerary acting reasonably. If any part of the prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter will provide a substitute prize (or part of the prize) of equal or greater value, acting reasonably. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight except where required by law. Unless child or legal guardian of winner, travel companion must be eighteen (18) years of age or above as of the date of departure and must travel on same itinerary and at the same time as the winner. Travel companion, or their parent or legal guardian, must execute liability/publicity releases prior to issuance of travel documents. Winner and travel companion are solely responsible for obtaining valid passports and any other documents (including visas or visa waivers) necessary for international travel, as applicable. Travel restrictions, conditions and limitations may apply. The Promoter is not responsible for any cancellation, delay or variation to the Event or travel arrangements that are outside its reasonable control.

Prize Limit: One (1) Grand Prize.

  1. All applicable taxes (excluding GST) are the sole responsibility of the prize winner.
  1. Travel dates for the Event: Departure on Thursday 3rd December 2026 and return on Monday 7th December 2026 with Yokohama Hot Rod Show on Sunday 06th December.
  1. If the prize (or any part of the prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, acting reasonably, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize of equal or similar value.
  1. The prize, or any unused portion of the prize, is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
  1. If this Promotion cannot be conducted as reasonably anticipated due to events beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, acting reasonably and in good faith, to the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Promotion, as appropriate.
  1. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded. These rights include statutory guarantees that any goods provided by the Promoter will be of acceptable quality and fit for purpose, and that any services provided by the Promoter will be rendered with due care and skill. These Terms and Conditions do not, and do not intend to, exclude or limit those statutory rights in any way. However, to the extent that it is permitted by law to do so, the Promoter makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, under laws other than the Australian Consumer Law regarding the quality or suitability of the prize awarded as part of this Promotion and will not be responsible for breach of any such representations or warranties.
  1. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for any personal injury or loss of damage (including loss of opportunity, profits, goodwill or business revenues, or any indirect or consequential loss) arising out of or in connection with the Promotion or the use of the prize, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law or is caused by the negligence or wilful misconduct of the Promoter. Without limiting the above, the Promoter is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from:
    1. any technical difficulties, equipment malfunction or system errors beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter;
    2. electronic or human error in the administration of the Promotion;
    3. any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference which impacts on the conduct of the Promotion and is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter;
    4. any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, stolen, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter;
    5. any variation in the prize;
    6. any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or
    7. use of a prize.
  1. The Promoter collects entrants’ personal information in order to conduct the Promotion and where permitted by law, for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes. Entry is conditional on providing this information. By entering this Promotion, unless otherwise advised, each entrant consents that the Promoter may:
    1. use the entrant’s personal information to conduct the Promotion in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and to send administrative or marketing communication (including by electronic means or telephone);
    2. disclose the entrant’s personal information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, and prize suppliers, including to entities located outside of Australia or New Zealand where necessary to administer the Promotion.
    3. Entrants may opt out of receiving marketing communications at any time by using the unsubscribe facility provided in the communication or by contacting the Promoter.

    Entrants may access the personal information the Promoter holds about them, and may request update or correction of that information by contacting the Promoter at its address set out in clause 2 of these Terms and Conditions. Entrants can obtain a copy of the Promoter’s Privacy Policy at www.harley-davidson.com or by contacting the Promoter via the postal address provided in clause 2 above. All entries become the property of the Promoter.

  1. Entrants confirm and warrant that their answer to the Promotion question is written by them, is original, and does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party. Entrants further warrant that they have obtained all necessary consents from any third party whose materials or rights may be included in the entry.
  1. Participation in the Promotion constitutes a prize-winner’s consent to the Promoter’s use of the prize-winner’s name, likeness and opinions (including without limitation footage of the winner’s receipt and use of the prize) on the Promoter’s website or otherwise for promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any fee being paid by the Promoter, to the extent permitted by law. The prize winner further agrees to the Promoter reproducing and publishing his/her response to the Promotion question in its original form or in a modified form, provided that such use does not materially distort the meaning of the original response, and may be used with or without attribution, for promotional, marketing, publicity and internal reporting purposes. By submitting an entry, the entrant grants the Promoter a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual and irrevocable licence to use, reproduce, modify, adapt and publish the entry materials (including any photographs) for such purposes. The prize winner agrees to sign any further documentation reasonably required by the Promoter to give effect to this arrangement, as a precondition to being awarded the prize.
  1. Any cancellation or modification to the Promotion will be notified on the Promoter’s website – https://biketorques.com.au/custom-kings. A copy of these Terms and Conditions and prize details can be obtained from that site.
  1. If part or all of any clause of these Terms and Conditions is unenforceable, it will be severed, and the balance of these Terms and Conditions will remain in full force and effect.
  1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales and each entrant agrees to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state.
  1. The Promoter’s or an entrant’s failure to enforce any term of these Terms and Conditions will not restrict the relevant party from enforcing that or any other provision at a later time.
